CBS Austin | An Austin man pleaded guilty to distribution of fentanyl causing death in a federal court in Austin on Tuesday.
According to court documents, David Lee Jr., 46, was determined to be a supplier of counterfeit oxycodone tablets and other counterfeit prescription pills in the overdose death investigation of an 18-year-old man from Coupland.
During the investigation, a Williamson County Sheriff’s Office investigator went undercover and purchased eight tablets from Lee.
